Built-in to your eCOM Standard account are all the tools you will need for managing your email marketing campaigns. Our system features all the functionality you would expect in a top of the range solution, but we include it free of charge for up to 1500 email addresses*!

As with our transaction engine, the pages that your customers see can be branded 100% with your identity. They are not forced to see any SecureHosting banners, nor will their email addresses be shared with anyone else. The information submitted by your customers belongs to you alone.
MULTIPLE SUBSCRIBE METHODS
The subscriber signup procedure can be handled in three ways :-
1) By simply linking to a URL supplied by Email List Manager which brings up a customisable subscribe form.
2) By copying and pasting provided HTML code into your existing pages to allow signup direct from your web site.
3) By collecting the customer's details through your order form (with their permission) and automatically adding them to one/all of your lists.
MULTIPLE LISTS
Segment your database into separate lists - for example a special offers list, a Christmas email list, a latest news list etc, as well as an "all" list.
AUTO UNSUBSCRIBE
Our system includes a URL in all emails that allows a user to unsubscribe automatically. Furthermore the unsubscribe URL has been optimised to avoid inadvertent unsubscribes and at the same time is very straightforward, eliminating user problems during the unsubscribe process. This feature is essential to make sure that you don't fall foul of privacy laws.
AUTOMATIC BOUNCED EMAIL REMOVAL
We take care of bounced or invalid email addresses, as they are automatically removed, helping to keep lists clean. We allow each email 4 bounces before it is removed from the list, to cater for situations where accounts have been temporarily suspended eg. Hotmail users.
EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATES
Create up to 5 email messages as templates which you can use and edit over and over again, or create a new message for instant delivery each time.
HTML OR TEXT EMAILS
Use your creative skills to produce rich HTML email newsletters, without having to worry about text only email clients. Our system sends emails in multipart format, so will automatically be read by HTML, text and AOL clients alike. There is no need to maintain separate HTML and text only lists.
USE PERSONALISATION
Adding a personal touch to your emails can do wonders for the conversion rate! Our system allows you to use 2 definable fields within your emails, for example forename and surname. "Hey Bill" at the top of the email will grab Bill's attention far more than "Dear Customer"!
IMPORT EXISTING EMAIL CONTACTS
Upload lists of existing opt-in email addresses that you may have already collected. This should be in a comma separated file.
DOWNLOAD YOUR DATABASE AT ANY TIME
Simply download your database of subscribers as a CSV file at any time. Useful if you keep an offline contacts list.
* 1500 email addresses in your master file are allowed free of charge (email addresses appearing in more than one of your lists do not count as double!). However, for larger databases we have to charge for the extra processing power and bandwidth required to run large scale email broadcasts, therefore more than 1500 email addresses subject to monthly surcharges as follows :-

DOUBLE OPT-IN
If you are concerned by strict anti-spam legislation, make sure your lists are 100% opted-in by using our "double opt-in" system. This requires new subscribers to respond to their welcome email, otherwise they will not be added to your email database. This ensures that there can be no abuse of your lists. GRAPHICAL REPORTS
These allow you to view at a glance, and in real-time, the clickthrough responses to your email campaigns. See exactly who has clicked on which links, and compare the text vs HTML email clickthrough rate.
