ePDQ from Barclaycard Business
ePDQ is Barclay's own online card processing service. It is ideal for start-up companies, or existing businesses that have no credit card taking facilities (merchant account).
For businesses new to card payments Barclaycard Business offer the following great benefits :-

- You do not have to bank with Barclays to use their merchant account and ePDQ service.
As a Merchant Development Partner for ePDQ, SecureHosting offers our clients the ability to use the ePDQ service on our system, for no extra charges (please note ePDQ charges will be billed to you directly by Barclays). We offer a hosted secure server solution for ePDQ with the following advantages :-

To get started, simply choose the SecureHosting service that suits your requirements, then open an account on free evaluation. This allows you to integrate your shopping cart system, and create your payment forms and confirmation emails.
Once you have completed your testing, all you need to do is inform us that you are ready to start taking live transactions (contact us on 0870 241 2236, or email sales) and we will enable your SecureHosting account for online processing using ePDQ. Please note that your SecureHosting account will not process live payments until you inform us that you are ready to do so, and your SecureHosting account is paid for.
What to tell Barclays
In your application for ePDQ, please inform Barclays that you will be using the SecureHosting Ltd. MPI integration. You can find more details on ePDQ on their web site or by calling 0800 616161.
