The graphs compare visits with actual transactions to show you the conversion rate from your customers.
Transaction reports Extra graphical reports displaying information on how many transactions you have received over definable periods, by value and volume. Useful for an "at a glance" summary of your transaction performance.
Enhanced Order Tracking The order tracking feature has been enhanced in eCOM Premium to provide a customer login area for them to view their current order status as well as status history, and the ability for you to email additional notes to the customer when their status level is updated.
